Pre-order a StarHub Mobile Prepaid SIM
Strictly no refund or exchange for cash once payment is successful and/or uncollected SIM within the stipulated collection period.
Please present your passport or identity card and QR code printed on the redemption voucher at the point of collection. Note : For Singaporean, only Physical NRIC is accepted for Prepaid SIM card registration. Passports will not be accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
As a mandatory requirement by the authorities in Singapore, each customer can only register up to 3 Prepaid SIM cards across all service providers and all SIM cards must be registered at point of collection before use. Please ensure that you have not exceeded the limit of 3 Prepaid SIM cards registered in your name with any service provider in Singapore.
The redemption voucher cannot be used for more than one transaction.
StarHub will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the redemption voucher.
Any alteration(s) on this redemption voucher will not be accepted.
Please ensure your SIM card is working before you leave the registration counter.
